Built on shadcn-vue

We stand on shadcn-vue (itself built on Reka UI + Tailwind CSS). Its component modelling is excellent — we keep it and build on top, we don't reinvent it.

Complete, not atomic

shadcn-vue primitives are close to atomic; in a real app you end up repeating the same composition. Our components package that composition once, so you don't repeat it.

Source-first & typed

Components ship as source through granular subpath exports, with bundled TypeScript types. Your bundler includes only what you import.

⚠️ Pre-release — not production-ready. This library is under active development (pre-1.0.0) and has not yet been through a human stabilization and review pass. APIs may change at any time. Do not use it in production yet.

Built on shadcn-vue, Reka UI and Tailwind CSS. @jaltech/vuejs-ui does not replace shadcn-vue — it is a layer of complete components on top of it. Full credit for the underlying primitives and their design goes to the shadcn-vue and Reka UI authors.
